New structural design of reducer for low sprint pumping unit

Abstract：At present,the nominal reduction ratio of reducers used in domestic pumping units is generally around 30-40,and their output shaft speed is generally between12-20 r/min.For low impulse reducers,the requirement is that the output speed should be less than or equal to 6 r/min.To meet?the?request?of?the?mine?production,Shanxi Pingyao Reducer Co.,Ltd.added a first stage planetary gear transmission component to the existing oil pumping unit reducer without changing the external connection dimensions,which can increase the nominal reduction ratio of the reducer to 160-200 and reduce the output shaft speed of the reducer to 6 r/min.Then two prototypes were tested to verify the feasibility and practicality of the new reducer structure,and the experimental results met the standard GB/T29021-2023"Petroleum Drill and Production equipment Beam Pumping Unit".The overall transmission efficiency of the pumping unit was improved by about 3%to 8%.
