Abstract:In order to reduce the problem of a large number of emulsion stains produced on the strip surface during the production process, based on the purging process equipment and process parameters, the generation mechanism of emulsion stains was analyzed, and the treatment measures were proposed to reduce the residue of emulsion on the strip surface by changing the angle and pressure of the inlet nozzle.A 3D finite element numerical calculation model was built using ANSYS Workbench to simulate and analyze the influence of nozzle Angle and nozzle pressure on the purge flow field in the process of air purging.A 2 mm water film was installed on the surface of the original model steel plate to simulate the actual purge effect. The results show that:When the nozzle angle is 60°,not only can the purge speed of the steel plate surface not be too small, but also can ensure enough impact force on the steel plate surface; The greater the nozzle pressure, the greater the front and back purge speed, and the greater the impact force on the steel plate, the better the purge effect.
