Abstract:To the failure problem caused by excessive interface stress during the preparation and actual service of laser cladding coatings, this paper takes TP347H boiler tubes with Ni60 coating as the research object, its key mechanical performance parameters are obtained through high-temperature mechanical performance testing, the process of laser melting coating are analyzed by numerical simulation, which investigate the influence of laser power and scanning speed on the cladding temperature field and stress field, the structure stress state of the coating with sinusoidal interface morphology is further analyzed. The results indicate that as the increasing of laser cladding power, the stress level of the coating significantly increases, and the risk of cracking also increases,as well as the increasing of scanning speed can help reduce the heat affected zone range of the cladding and lower residual stress in the coating.Additionally, the increase in the sinusoidal roughness amplitude of the coating interface leads to the increase in stress in the interface area, and the increase in the period of the interface morphology will result in the decrease in stress. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of high-performance coating processes and the study of coating failure mechanisms.
