Research and application of surface cleaning technology for aluminum alloy plates and strips

Abstract：This paper briefly introduces the application prospect of aluminum alloy strip,and puts forward the 8-stage cleaning process of"three alkali washing and one water washing and one acid washing and three water washing".The working principle and function of each level of cleaning are introduced in detail,and the equipment layout of each section is described.The core process is studied,and it is pointed out that the concentration of cleaning liquid,the temperature of cleaning liquid,the spray pressure of nozzle and the cleaning time are the key factors affecting the cleaning effect.Under the core process,two kinds of cleaning agents are used to clean the aluminum alloy plate and strip,remove the oil and aluminum powder on the surface of the aluminum alloy plate and strip,activate the surface of the aluminum alloy plate and strip,achieve light,improve the adhesion of the coating surface,meet the cleaning requirements,and produce qualified coating products.The application of this cleaning process provides technical support for the continuous cleaning of the aluminum alloy plate and strip.
