Abstract：The automatic flame cleaning technology,with multiple advantages such as good cleaning effect,high production efficiency,and fast cleaning speed,has become one of the key technologies for surface treatment of continuous casting billets in major steel enterprises.In the 1970s,automatic flame cleaning technology was introduced to China,and this technology has seen significant improvements over the years in terms of cleaning technology principles,cleaning groove causes,burner structure optimization,cleaning media selection,intelligence,and other aspects.This paper analyzes the current research status of automatic flame cleaning technology at home and abroad,and looks forward to its future development trends,providing reference for the innovation,promotion and further development of scarfing technology equipment.
