Abstract：As a structural material,γ-TiAl alloy can reduce the weight of engine components,and it is expected to be widely used in aviation,aerospace,automobile manufacturing and other fields.With the increasing requirement of reducing weight,increasing thrust-to-weight ratio and increasing payload in engine and aircraft structure design in industrial manufacturing field,it is more and more urgent to weld γ-TiAl alloy with steel and superalloy to form composite structure.In this paper,the solder,process and joint properties of titanium aluminum alloy by brazing method are reviewed,and the lack of systematic work on the design method of γ-TiAl alloy solder,the control of interface structure and the comprehensive evaluation of joint properties are pointed out.
