Calculation motion parameters and analysis motion rule of the main transmission system for LG220 cold rolling pipe mill

Abstract：This article introduces the composition of the main transmission system,crankshaft transmission and balance device,as well as the working principle and structural characteristics of the LG220 cold rolling pipe mill,and simplifies the kinematic structure of the main transmission system motion mechanism.Through establishing a formula for calculating the kinematic parameters of the main transmission system,the motion rule of displacement,velocity,acceleration,angular velocity,and angular acceleration of frame and balance weight slide frame for the main transmission system,follow angle φ change,were calculated and obtained,which provides a calculation reasoning and theoretical basis for the design of the main transmission system structure of the LG220 cold rolling pipe mill,and improves the design accuracy and equipment precision.
