Design of a model and data driven complex heavy equipment management system

Abstract：The characteristics of complex heavy equipment,such as large volume,high quality,and complex structure,result in cross organizational,interdisciplinary,cross industry,and knowledge/technology intensive processes in its design,manufacturing,delivery,and operation and maintenance,which brings great difficulties to design and management.Based on the current status and development trends of manufacturing in the complex heavy equipment industry,this article completes the construction of a data-driven complex heavy equipment management system for order based customization production of complex heavy equipment.This system lays a solid foundation for the comprehensive analysis of strategic control of complex heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises driven by dual factors.
