Analysis on rolling press reducer of home and abroad

Abstract：This paper compared the load capacity and structure features of the Germany imported rolling press P2SA33 with home one JGR3240.It proposed a series of optimized home-made reducer method,such as decreasing strength coefficient as its design criterion to get a better whole carrying capacity.The bearing structure was better through self-aligning roller bearing + cylindrical one.The method further enhanced the performance of homemade rolling press reducer up to 140％,which made it more competitive.
