The applications and optimization for 300 t ladle slag detection system of Masteel

Abstract：This paper introduced the principles and applications for 300 t ladle slag detection system .It is from KTI company of America , used in No.4 Steelmaking and Rolling General Plant of Masteel .The main factors which affect the system accuracy have been analyzed .The precise control of parameters is set , the detection level is optimized , it is showed that obtains a good effect .
