Abstract：This paper Introduced TRIZ theory system and the problem solving process.To the quenching deformation problem of sealing ring for shield tunneling machine, the processing technology of the sealing ring was improved by using the curve surface invention principle, under the guidance of guided by the TRIZ conflict solving principle.Good effect of improvement is validated through production.The results show that the TRIZ theory provide a set of effective tools to solve the processing problem of sealing ring for shield tunneling machine.
