Abstract：Hydraulic synchronous circuits applied in slab continuous casting machine were introduced, tundish car lifting circuit was controlled by flow control valve,got the precision of 1mm.Segment roller gap adjusting circuit was controlled by high frequency on-off solenoid valve, which achieved the precision of 0.05mm.Mould width adjusting circuit was controlled by proportional valve, which meet the precision of 0.1mm.This slab CC machine runs stable, it showed that the design and configure of hydraulic synchronous circuits are reasonable.
