Abstract：In a hot rolled silicon steel production line,the abroad side heaters heat silicon steel,static electricity easily exist at heating strip edge,roller surface,which could leads bearing inner bearing overheating and a bearing lock issue.Roller adopts hollow roller,roller body internal cooling,end use rotary joint,hose,insulation sleeve and external connection.Roller bearing and roller frame joints and connected to the motor shaft coupling of insulation piece,bushing,insulation gasket,the method of avoiding the generation of static electricity,guarantee the production run smoothly.
