Finite element analysis of 20MN high speed composite transmission press frame
Abstract：The high speed composite transmission press has already become one of the most important forging equipment.The three-dimension finite-high speed composite transmission;symmetric link mechanism;finite element analysis-element model of the frame of 20MN high speed composite transmission press was established.In allusion to the special structure,the influencing factors on the integrity of the frame were analyzed,and the reliable theoretical basis for design was provided.It introduced a complete static analysis of the whole structure of the frame to obtain the stress and the total deformation,in order to make the integrity,strength and stiffness of the frame meet the design requirements,and through the testing,the results have been verified.
