The localization of universalspindle using on UR1 H-beam rolling mill

Abstract：Aiming at the damage of universalsplndle of H-beaml UR1 rolling mill,the universalsplndle was redesigned and manufactured with key technologies,a three-dimensional modeling is established,large diameter centering process is proposed,vacuum quenching process and localized material are also used.The performance of the localized universalsplndle is suitable for the process of production.
