A new type of packaging method based on Abaqus

Abstract：Steel packaging is an important part of steel production,the mechanical properties of the buckle plays a key role to packing quality.In this paper,a new type of non buckle without anti buckle steel packing method is studied.By analyzing the forming principle of the button,key sizes are obtained.The tension free mode of non buckle without anti buckle is analyzed by 3D modeling software UG.And the buckle is simulated using by Abaqus and other CAE software.Then the strength efficiency and breaking load are obtained.Finally paper draws a conclusion:the strength efficiency of the packing method reach to 77.8％,is higher than the commonly packaging.
