Abstract：Drill pipe repairing can make full use of the used drill and reduce drilling accidents caused by poor drill quality.Based on the research ondrill pipe repairing process, straightening, cleaning, nondestructive testing, wearable zone welding, repairing screw thread and other key technologies are analyzed, and the production line of drill pipe repairing is designed according to the specific technology requirements, the productivity of the production line is 50~70 pieces/h.
