Optimal design of zinc pot lifting mechatronics device in hot galvanizing line

Abstract：In domestic steel strip continuous hot galvanizing line , the zinc pot lifting is basically a hydraulic lifting device or import a mechanical lifting device .This article describes the design of the self-developed me-chanical zinc pot lifting mechatronic devices , to fill the domestic blank in this field .Explain how the key com-ponents and transmission system is optimized design .Proved by actual industrial production equipment perform-ance is good .
