Kinematic analysis of U-type slide conveyor based on MATLAB

Abstract：For a special kind of slow-speed overloading transmission chain-U-type slide constrained chain , this paper analyses motion of link into active chain sprocket engagement area , position compensation area , and leav-ing active chain sprocket engagement area in a cycle motion process of active chain sprocket .The displacement vector equation of the mechanism is established by closed-loop vector method .Using MATLAB software to ana-lyze the kinematic of mechanism and draw the kinematic curve of each component part .The result of kinematic analysis provides powerful basis and reference for the kinetic analysis and speed compensation of U -type slide constrained chain .
