Simulation research on the real-time performance of Network control system in coal equipment

Abstract：Aiming at the problems of real-time and reliability of the Network Control System (NCS), the per-formance of monitoring system based on Industrial Ethernet is studied .Through theoretical analysis and comput-er simulation, the real time performance including network delay , sampling rate, information transfer interval of the system were studied with the help of jitterbug and TrueTime toolbox .Optimize the parameter of system com-munication network performance by comprehensive evaluation method , system optimal operation parameters was got, improved the reliability and safety of equipment .
