Abstract：This article presented the improvement on the vacuum disposal and feeding system for 1#RH vacu-um disposal system in Meishan steel-making plant, first shop.Being based on strictly controlling energy con-sumption, the pumping ability of vaccum bump system is enhanced effectively .Meanwhile, the feeding ability of vacuum storage bin and the feeding reliability of high level bin are increased significantly , that realized in the original plant space for the device layout .Nowadays , not only this technical improvement has meet to the silicon refining for Meishan Steel-making Plant , the good results is achieved , but also it is very practical significance and important reference value for steel plants similar projects .
