Abstract：In Engineering , to meet the design requirements , the length parameters of connecting rod often needs modified , for this reason , there will be a large amount of repeated works .This article introduces the stud-y of the lifting equipment of 15 t charging and discharging machine through analytical methods which can be programmed by VB and optimize the multi-bar linkage , then the large amount of repeated works will be avoi-ded .Combined with the using of CAE soft such as ABAQUS and ANSYS , a further study is available , which is learning the multi-bar linkage comprehensively by analytical methods , then it will meet the requirements of use , control, strength, fatigue strength, vibration and impact.
