Design and research of the cleaning section of strip continuous annealing line

Abstract：The cleaning process is an important procedure before continuous annealing of strip,The cleaning section has a great importance on the improvement of surface quality of the production.This paper introduces the main equipments of the cleaning section and their specification.Meanwhile,it also analyzes the main factors which affect the cleaning result.For example:the concentration and temperature of the cleaning solution,the control of the scrubber roll,the electric current density of the electrolytic cleaning.Furthermore,it explains how to attain a better target by adjust these influence factor.
