Abstract：Hydraulic press is always widely used for it′s the most important equipment for metal manufacture. The frame,as a core bearing part,significantly influences dimensional accuracy of the processed parts.A FEM model of the frame is established to simulate static analysis,while testify rationality of the frame from the point of views both equivalent effective stress and frame displacement,which provides basis for the optimizing.
