Research on high temperature fume control technology of bag house dusting

Abstract：With the atmospheric environment problem increasingly serious,bag house dusting plays a central role in smoke and dust treatment.In order to ensure dusting results by high temperature fume and cut costs,the paper studies the key techniques of bag house of temperature control,cleaning mechanism,pressure regulation and so on.In view of the fact that the parameters of bag house are complex and the working condition fluctuates severely, modern control theory is applied in bag dusting technology.Based on the dusting experience,the membership function is improved,and the temperature fuzzy controller for dust collector is designed,and through collecting and analyzing of field data,the control results are compared.The results show that the temperature fuzzy control method and the multidimensional cleaning mechanism have good control effect in bag house dusting.
