Revamp on secondary cooling equipment for billet casting machine

Abstract：The secondary cooling equipment has great impact on billet quality.Through the analysis of the billet quality defects during billet production,after improving the cooling water ring of the mold,the secondary cooling zones and the nozzles distribution of the spray header,it improved the billet quality,and achieved good results.
