Force characteristics of steel tube straightening machine frame and influence of initial pre-stress of the pull rod

Abstract：The characteristics of the bolt pre-stressed structure is analyzed,stress of pre-stressed rod is derived,show that single bolt pre-stressed structure itself does not improve the stiffness,also does not improve the bar stress fluctuation range,small and medium type frame structure should be used cautiously;with two mainstream rod structure of steel tube straightener,stiffness of house with different initial prestressing force is analyzed,the clamping effect of several pre-stressed rod on the upper beam can improve the stiffness of the whole machine structure,under the condition with the same pre-stressed load and the same house weight,short pre-stressed structure is better than standard pre-stressed structure.
