Finite element analysis of windpower gearbox torque arm based on workbench

Abstract：Since the request of windpower gearbox weight and reliability is very high,so based on Workbench software,this article created the model of the torque arm,used FEA method,optimized the critical point strength.Then the whole gearbox structure meet the requirement of safety factor,and the weight was reduced as well,finally the gearbox reached grade the certification GL and IEC standards.
