Standardized design on cross shaft assembly of cross universal coupling

Abstract：Currently there is a big difference in the selection of cross universal coupling parameters in domestic market,because the standard and product sample version adopted vary from each other.The article calculates strength of cross shaft and life of bearing for existing two series of 180~550 cross universal coupling used in the industry,and analyzes the relationship,the influencing factors between the carrying capacity and the bearing life of the cross shaft.By adjusting parameters appropriately,the standardized series of cross shaft assembly come into being comprehensive capability of cross universal coupling be improved,which will provide reference for design of cross universal shaft.
