Calculation and application of pretightening for prestress frame

Abstract：Select an appropriate pretightening is a precondition for operate the prestressed frame stable.This paper made a stress analysis to the pillar system of Seven roll bar straightening machine and got a calculation of pretightening,the pretightening force on hydraulic screw nut when installing frame is only 15 MPa,badly lower than that of calculation.Then pretightening frame again,confirmed the force of 32 MPa.The productive practice showed that the original vibration of frame is gone,and stability of press is increased.
