Abstract：There are problems of crane random scheduling of flexible manufacturing in the marketing manage-ment mode.The crane scheduling objective is analyzed by mathematical model to describe workshop produc-tion.In order to improve the overall efficiency of workshop,the constraints and scheduling priority principles are given of crane scheduling,to meet flexible manufacturing requirement.
