Abstract：This paper discovers the influences rule on quality of surfacing welding layer based on orthogonal test.Surfacing welding current is a main influence factor of surfacing layer hardness,and dilution rate of surface welding layer is very sensitive to current.An optimum welding process and better valve quality are obtained,which is a reference for saving Co-based welding material.
