Analysis of drawing technology with large thin-wall head
Abstract：In this paper, drawing technology of large thin-wall head isanalyzed.The result shows that inside-wrinkle is the main problem in head forming process.The reason for that and the control method of inside-wrinkle are also analyzed with the idea that designing drawbead properly is the key-point of the technology.Considering the characters of large head forming, the principles of designing drawbead are given.
