Neural network control system based on Industrial computer network
Abstract：This paper presents an electric furnace control system consisting of Ethernet, control net and device net.The system achieves the optimized control and the data monitor of steelmaking process, operation optimization,with which production efficiency has been improved.An expert system is adapted in the system.The paper also presents a predictive compensation algorithm based on the neural network;the algorithm is used to predict the condition of E.A.F,by which the output of a routine controller can be controlled.The system can adapt to load variation and external interruption,yielding control quality.
