Study on the cooling water distribution model for the socondary zone of beam blank concaster
Abstract：Based on the characteristics of continuous caster through tests,a thermal transfer mathematical model for the solidification of Q235 A steel beam blanks has been developed, the effects of process parameters on the solidification of beam blanks in the mould and in the secondary cooling zone are analyzed,and the optimum cooling pattern established.The mathematics modeling on the volume of secondary cooling water based on objective temperature curves of crater length has been derived.
