Abstract：This paper presents the changed characters of manufactureenvironment and the development trend of manufacture industry on network economy times, introduces the Web-based intelligent decision system for press process and shows an analysis of the structure of network application system based on the technology of COM component, dynamic Web and Web database. On this base, the authors advance an implementation program of the Web-based press process in telligent decision system in network cnvironment.
