Abstract:Objective:To observe the application effect of instant adaptive nutrition education combined with instant and repeated feedback mechanism in patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery.Method:A total of 94 patients who underwent thoracoscopic esophageal cancer radical surgery in Putian University Affiliated Hospital from March 2022 to March 2025 were selected as the study sample. The group was divided into two groups using the coin toss method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nutritional care mode of thoracoscopic esophageal cancer radical surgery. The experimental group received immediate adaptive nutrition education combined with immediate+repeated feedback mechanism intervention. The observation indicators of the two groups after intervention were compared.Result:The results showed that the nutritional knowledge, attitude, and behavior scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the subjective overall assessment scale(PG-SGA)scores were lower than those of the control group, serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),and transferrin(TRF)were higher than those of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of real-time adaptive nutrition education combined with real-time and repeated feedback mechanism for intervention in patients undergoing esophageal cancer surgery can improve their nutritional knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors, improve their nutritional status, and reduce the probability of complications.
