Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of interactive standard-reaching nursing intervention for patients undergoing thyroidectomy and the improvement of patients'self-efficacy.Method:A total of 103 patients who underwent thyroidectomy and were admitted to the Shaowu Municipal Hospital from January to December 2024 were retrospectively included as the main research subjects. They were divided into two groups based on different intervention methods. One group was the control group(receiving conventional nursing intervention,51 cases),and the other group was the observation group(receiving interactive target achievement nursing intervention,52 cases). The changes in self-efficacy,thyroid function, and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention, the scores of various self-efficacy scales(CDSES)and the quality of life-100 scale(WHOQOL-100)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),parathyroid hormone(PTH)levels, while the levels of free thyroxine(FT4)and free triiodothyronine(FT3)were lower than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with thyroid diseases who undergo thyroidectomy, the implementation of interactive standard care intervention is beneficial for the recovery of their thyroid function, and can also enhance their self-efficacy and quality of life.
