Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this research is to explore the application effect of psychoanalysis-based solution-focused approach(SFA)in patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy(LTH).Method:A total of 70 patients diagnosed with uterine fibroids who were hospitalized in Affiliated Mindong Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January to December 2023 were enrolled in this study. They were randomly assigned to two groups with 35 cases each:the control group received routine perioperative nursing, while the intervention group was given SFA strategy intervention guided by psychological analysis. The two groups were compared in terms of negative emotional status, cognitive function, postoperative hospital stay, complication rate, pain degree, and quality of life.Result:Following the intervention, the study group exhibited significantly lower scores on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain compared with the control group. In contrast, the study group achieved markedly higher scores on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)and the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36).All aforementioned differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Additionally,the postoperative length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychoanalysis-based SFA intervention can effectively mitigate anxiety and depression in patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy, enhance their cognitive function, promote postoperative recovery, and remarkably improve their quality of life, thus holding important clinical application significance.
