Clinical Nursing Observation of Wrist Ankle Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Point Sticking in the Treatment of Postoperative Pain of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical nursing of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Method:100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who received surgical treatment in Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Xiamen University were selected as the research object.The admission time was from January to June 2025.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,and the prospective analysis was performed.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received wrist ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking nursing intervention.The rest pain,activity pain,sleep quality and mood improvement were compared between the two groups at different time points after operation.Result:the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups at different time points after operation were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist Ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking therapy can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,improve their mood and sleep quality.
