Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of combined Spinal-epidural anaesthesia(CSEA)with ropivacaine and sufentanil on the blood gas index of umbilical cord artery of newborn babies and anaesthesia effect of cesarean section delivery.Method:80 cases of cesarean delivery patients admitted to the Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were divided into the control group(n=40,ropivacaine CSEA)and the observation group(n=40,combined with sufentanil on the basis of the control group)according to the method of random arrangement table. The anaesthetic effects, haemodynamic indexes, neonatal Apgar scores, umbilical artery blood gas indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared and assessed between the two groups.Result:After anaesthesia, the heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The duration of continuous analgesia in the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the time of onset of anaesthesia, the time of the plane of painlessness, and the time of the plane of maximal sensory block were shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the comparison of the rates of neonatal(PaO2),carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2),acid-base(pH),Apgar score and the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil CSEA in cesarean section mothers has significant effects, which can maintain the stability of maternal haemodynamics, and does not affect the neonate's umbilical artery blood gas indexes and health status, and has high safety
