Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of psychological care based on the Focused Solution Model during the perioperative period for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:Using a random double-color ball method,88 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Gaochun People's Hospital in Nanjing from June 2021 to November 2024 were divided into a control group(44 cases, receiving conventional nursing)and an observation group(44 cases, receiving psychological nursing based on the Focused Solution Model). The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared.Result:The Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),the Global Assessment of Symptoms(GAS),and the Global Quality of Life-74(GQOLI-74)scores were higher than those in the control group, while blood pressure levels,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores, and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological care based on the Focused Solution Model demonstrates favorable outcomes during the perioperative period for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. This approach effectively reduces blood pressure levels, alleviates negative emotions, and enhances quality of life.
