Research Progress on Perimenopausal Syndrome after Endocrine Therapy for Breast Cancer in both Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract：Endocrine therapy for breast cancer is an important treatment for hormone receptor-positive patients,but it easily induces perimenopausal-like syndrome,leading to hot flashes,night sweats,insomnia,mood swings,etc.,which seriously affect the patients'quality of life.This article reviews the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations of this syndrome,as well as the current status and progress of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,explores its potential in improving symptoms and enhancing quality of life,and provides a reference for clinical practice.
