Analysis of the Application Effect of PAC Psychological Resilience Nursing in Improving the Safety Management Quality of Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of parent-adult-child(PAC)psychological resilience care in improving the quality of safety management for hemodialysis patients.Method:110 hemodialysis patients who received maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)treatment at the Hemodialysis Center of Tongzhou District People's Hospital in Nantong City from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing content.The experimental group implemented nursing intervention guided by the PAC psychological resilience theory on the basis of the nursing intervention in the control group.The incidence of complications,adverse events and the quality of nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The total incidence of complications in the experimental group during the study period was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse nursing events in the experimental group during the study period was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of basic nursing and specialized nursing between the two groups after the study(P＞0.05).However,the quality of nursing in the experimental group after the study period was higher than that in the control group in terms of nursing communication,awareness of nursing risks and total score,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Providing flexible PAC care to dialysis patients can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and adverse events during dialysis,and also effectively enhance nursing communication and patients' risk awareness,ultimately achieving a significant improvement in the quality of nursing safety management.
