Application of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Rehabilitation Period of Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation rehabilitation mode in the rehabilitation period of cerebral infarction.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 100 patients in the rehabilitation period of cerebral infarction admitted to the First Hospital of Longyan City,Fujian Province from January 2022 to December 2024.According to the different treatment measures received by the research subjects,the above research subjects were evenly divided into the conventional treatment group(48 cases)and the combined treatment group(52 cases).Among them,the conventional treatment group received conventional treatment combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The combined treatment group was treated with transcranial stimulation on the basis of the above-mentioned treatment mode.The Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores,Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores,P300 detection parameters,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scores,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAS)scores of the two groups of research subjects were compared,as well as the incidence of complications after intervention in both groups.Result:After treatment,the MMES and MBI of the two groups of research subjects increased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the P300 latency parameter of the two groups of research subjects decreased compared with that before treatment,and the value of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the conventional treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Meanwhile,the amplitude increased compared with that before treatment.The combined treatment group was higher than the conventional treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In addition,after receiving treatment,the ADL score increased compared with that before treatment,and the combined treatment group was higher than the conventional treatment group.Meanwhile,the HAS score was lower than that before treatment,and the combined treatment group was lower than the conventional treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation model of hyperbaric oxygen combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation applied to patients in the rehabilitation period of cerebral infarction can effectively improve their cognitive impairment and activities of daily living,and enhance their self-care ability and relieve negative emotions.
