Abstract:Objective:To investigate the current status of chronic disease resource utilization in patients undergoing cardiac radiofrequency ablation and analyze its influencing factors.Method:Convenience sampling was used to select 150 patients who underwent cardiac radiofrequency ablation at the Department of Cardiology of Nanping First Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 as the survey subjects. The survey includes a general information questionnaire and a chronic disease resource survey scale.Multiple linear regression analysis is used to investigate the current status and influencing factors of chronic disease resource utilization in patients undergoing cardiac radiofrequency ablation.A total of 150 patients undergoing cardiac radiofrequency ablation were included, with a CIRS total score of(49.12±11.79)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that employment status, presence of other chronic diseases, comorbidities, community neighborhood, media and policies, social organizations, and total score of chronic disease resource survey scale were the influencing factors of chronic disease resource utilization in patients undergoing cardiac radiofrequency ablation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The utilization rate of chronic disease management resources in patients undergoing cardiac radiofrequency ablation needs to be improved.Nursing staff need to actively popularize knowledge about the use of chronic disease management resources to patients and their families, and assist the community where the patients are located in improving the resource support system,in order to effectively improve the utilization level of relevant resources by patients.
