Analysis of Citespace Knowledge Map for Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Acute Lung Injury

Abstract：Objective:This study analyzes the current research status and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute lung injury based on knowledge graphs,providing references and suggestions for future research directions.Method:The study retrieved domestic and foreign literatures on the treatment of acute lung injury with traditional Chinese medicine included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and the Web of Science Core Collection database from January 1,2013 to February 13,2023,and plotted the annual number of published papers.The Citespace software was used to visually display the contents such as countries,institutions,authors and keywords,and to analyze the current situation and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute lung injury.Result:After screening,a total of 232 relevant Chinese literatures and 313 relevant English literatures were included.The results show that the annual number of published articles has shown a fluctuating upward trend.The country with the strongest number of published articles and centrality is China.The authors who have published the largest number of Chinese and English documents are Liu Enshun and Chen Daofeng.The institutions that have published the largest number of Chinese and English documents are Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The keyword cluster analysis of Chinese literature shows that the research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute lung injury mainly lie in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods,experimental research and molecular mechanisms,and traditional Chinese medicine therapies.The keyword cluster analysis of English literature shows that the research hotspots mainly lie in the mechanism research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ALI and the clinical treatment research of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:The treatment of acute lung injury with traditional Chinese medicine has been in a stage of steady development in the past decade.The visualization of knowledge graphs visually and vividly presents the development trends and research hotspots in this field,providing a basis for future research.
