Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of electric traction combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis.Method:Eighty patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to the General Hospital of Ninghua County,Sanming City,Fujian Province from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received electric traction treatment, while the observation group received electric traction combined with acupoint injection treatment. The therapeutic effects,TCM syndrome scores, cervical spine functions and neck muscle tissue elasticity of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those of the control group, while the cervical symptom scores, quality of life scores, range of motion for forward flexion, backward extension, left flexion and right flexion, work done and displacement were all higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of electric traction combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis has improved clinical efficacy, can alleviate clinical symptoms and the elasticity of cervical muscle tissue, and the treatment process is safe and reliable.
