Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical value of using CT stereotactic guidance for puncture, drainage and clearance in the treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A clinical treatment analysis was conducted on 120 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Shuyang Zhongzhi Hospital from October 2021 to January 2025.The patients were divided into a control group(60 cases)and a study group(60 cases)based on the random number table method. The control group received corresponding treatment using traditional craniotomy surgery; The study group was treated with CT stereotactic guidance for puncture, drainage and clearance. The Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score, activities of daily living(ADL)score, and total incidence of postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The GCS score and ADL score of the study group after surgery showed significant improvement compared with those of the control group, and the NIHSS score also showed significant reduction compared with that of the control group. The clinical statistical results of the total incidence of complications in the study group showed a significant reduction compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the clinical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the full application of CT stereotactic guidance for puncture, drainage and clearance can reduce the incidence of complications, promote the ability of daily living activities and prognosis.
