Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Combined with Ulinastatin and Levofloxacin on inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal barrier function in patients with acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from July 2023 to June 2025 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(50 cases each). The control group received ulinastatin and levofloxacin, while the observation group was additionally treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable, with no sample loss during the study.Clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors,D-lactic acid, diamine oxidase(DAO),endotoxin(ET),amylase(AMY),lipase(LPS),insulin(INS),blood glucose(GLU)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),Procalcition(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),D-lactic acid,DAO,ET,AMY,LPS and GLU in the observation group were lower, while the INS level was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium triple viable combined with ulinastatin and levofloxacin can reduce inflammatory factor levels, improve intestinal mucosal barrier function with favorable safety, and promote the recovery of pancreatic function in patients.
